How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is made of two parts: the service fee and advertising spend.

The service fee is what you pay us to do the work for you: Building your landing pages, building campaign, writing and sending the texts and emails, and managing the entire operation day to day. We charge you every month for this service. 

Advertising spend is charged directly to the card on file by whatever platform(s) we are advertising for you on.  

Pricing for these campaigns is as follows:

One Seminar per month: $750/ month (month to month no contracts)

Recommended Advertising Spend for these campaigns: 

$700 per month minimum


What is the average lead cost?

On average, RSVPs will range from $10-$23 per RSVP depending on the location(s) you’re targeting.  That means for every $10-$23 spent on Facebook and/or Youtube, you can expect someone to sign up for your event.  

How We Generate Leads

To promote seminars and webinars, we use advertisements primarily on Facebook.  However, the senior market usage of YouTube is steadily growing and we’ve already had success with Medicare marketing on this platform as well.

TIP: For 2021 and onward, the most effective platforms for reaching seniors will be Facebook and Youtube. 

Depending on your advertising budget, we make sure that you have a strong presence on both of these platforms!

How many people will attend my seminar/webinar?

For in-person seminars, this will depend on the size of your local market.  A campaign marketing 2 events in a small town in Idaho will not get the same response/ attendance as a campaign marketing an event in a large city such as Jacksonville, Florida.  

When you choose the Automated Webinar, we target an entire state for you.  As a result, the Automated Webinar generates the most engagement because we target a much larger population than what would be found in local markets.

However, not every agent is experienced with telesales so the Automated Webinar campaign is not the best fit for everyone. 

How does the Automated Webinar work?

First, you’ll record your presentation by yourself using our webinar platform. Don’t worry – you can do as many takes as you need.
