    2. Book a call with our team right after filling out the contact form.
    3. Send payment for the setup fee and submit the onboarding form; we’ll have your draft site built within five business days for you to review.
    4. After implementing any requested changes (within the scope of services), you’ll submit payment info to begin your subscription.
    5. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll publish your website and send your login information.
  • What does the monthly cost cover?

    Our solution is unique in that you're not just signing up for a "website service" or a "DIY website builder." What we provide is a hybrid software-service model.


    We've designed our offer to be an EXTREME value for the money that is spent with us.


    The monthly fee covers the cost of having access to our proprietary software (just like any other software you may subscribe to for your business) and it also covers a plethora of services:

  • Do I own the website or does KWD?

    You own the site and can do whatever you want with it as long as payments are made to keep you subscribed to our platform. 



    The subscription is for our product (software platform/tools) + service, not just for you to have a website. 



    In the same way, if you paid to have a Mailchimp account (or any other software), you get access as long as you are subscribed.



    The website is built on our own custom-developed platform, so it is not possible to take the entire site with you to a different provider or your own WordPress account, for example. In the same way, you couldn't take a GoDaddy, Weebly, Wix, etc. website and transfer it to WordPress. 



    Any content or images are yours to take with you if you ever choose to leave.

  • Can I use my website to capture leads for different insurance products?

    Absolutely! Your website can be set up to capture leads for multiple insurance products, from life and health insurance to property and casualty. We customize your site with tailored landing pages, contact forms, and lead capture tools designed specifically for the products you offer. This ensures that no matter what type of insurance you’re promoting, your website is optimized to convert visitors into qualified leads.

  • Do you offer support?

    We offer priority email support to all of our clients M- F 8 AM – 4:30 PM (EST). Phone or video support may be scheduled if the need arises.

  • Is there a long term commitment?

    Short answer, no. We do have an agreement for you to review and sign but that simply outlines the scope of services. The commitment is month to month and can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Can I make my own edits to the website after you build and publish it for me?

    Yes. Your website is fully customizable with your own login. Easily add new content, pages, images, and blog content. Our platform hosts easy-to-use features and a drag-and-drop builder.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes, we offer several ways for you to save. You can receive a discount by opting for an annual subscription instead of monthly billing. Additionally, if you're subscribed to our seminar marketing service, you qualify for special savings. We also partner with certain uplines and FMOs—if your upline or FMO has an official partnership with Keywave Digital, you can access exclusive pricing. Be sure to ask your upline for details, or have them reach out to us to establish a partnership!
