This campaign works best in higher populated areas and offers a free meal educational Medicare seminar. Some lower-populated areas also work, but we do not recommend them, at least for your first campaign.

Leading up to your event, we have a support portal filled with onboarding training for our RSVP management platform and cover FAQs to reference at any time. We are also available for a venue consultation to help you choose a great location. Beyond that, we have a ticket system managed by our entire team if you need help or have a question throughout the process.
We do not book the venue or organize the event for you.

Our pricing comprises two parts: the service fee and advertising spend.
You pay us the service fee to do the work for you. We charge you for every seminar "sprint" for this service.
Advertising spend is charged directly to the card on file by the ad platform (like Facebook). This amount is ultimately up to you. The sweet spot differs for different markets, but we recommend budgeting $700 (in ad spend) for your first one with us.

When you work with us to drive traffic to your event, you get the most bang for your buck. You don’t need to spend a couple thousand dollars to send a mail campaign.
Simply let us know when your meetings are scheduled and some other details. We take care of the rest. You’ll be notified each time someone RSVPs, allowing you to reach out and confirm their attendance. You’ll be able to attend your meetings after already having spoken to attendees. Have quality conversations with warm, qualified prospects.
We craft Facebook advertisements that are shown directly to your target market. When they see your ad and are interested, they click through to a landing page (we create for you), where they can fill out a form or call to RSVP.
Our seminar marketing system has been refined over the last five years.
On average, RSVPs will range from $10-$30 per RSVP, depending on the location(s) you’re targeting and the offer you’re running (meal vs. no meal). That means you can expect someone to sign up for your event for every $10-$30 spent on Facebook.
